1. Get the order number and go to the Sacred Medals (SM) backend: https://admin.shopify.com/store/sacredmedals
2. Search for the order and make sure you selected the correct one. 
3. Scroll down and type the return instructions (English & Spanish translations) and your name with US date. Click post.

        4. The return number is the order number. Just add the appropriate suffix (A/B/C) 

        5. Send the TIR via email or text.

Your (return/repair/exchange) number is RAN 32512-A

Make sure to put on the outside of the package clearly and visibly the RAN 32512-A.
