• Once store credit is approved, the customer should send the item/s back within 2 weeks. 
• Otherwise, store credit will be voided. 
• Store credit is good for 1 year. 
• Store credit amount will be computed as follows: 
  • Subtract the original shipping fee.
  • Compute only the total amount for items we confirmed and received in our warehouse.
  • Tax is included in the store credit amount.

How to use store credit?

AD and HS 

• Customers will get a gift card once we receive their item/s back. 
• They can use the gift card to place the order from their end. 

POG and CRS

• We can use "process without payment" if a customer wants to redeem their store credit.
• Make a note on both the original order and new order once the store credit is used.
